An
Albuquerque-based general contractor since 1983, Britton consists of
two divisions: one that handles general construction and MEDCON, for
medical projects. With a broad range of project experience, emphasis
is placed on select projects. There is always a Britton on a Britton
project. Founder, Rick Britton, and his two sons, personally oversee
all work.
Project selection is based on labor availability and
workload. Because of the company's financial strength and
significant bonding capacity, major projects are often part of the
mix.
Britton works as a team with project management a top
priority. With extensive experience in complex phasing, tight
schedules and rigid security, company policy dictates that an owner
have the same superintendent throughout a project to ensure
maintenance of company standards. Quality standards are never
compromised.
We are Charter members and sit on the Board of Directors of the
National Association of Church Design Builders (NACDB). This
association enables Britton to work with design firms and assist in
all aspects of your project to help ensure the budget is contained
and quality is maintained. It also offers us an endless resource to
help with any extraordinary situation that may arise.
Britton Construction is also a member of the Jack Miller Network,
a unique group of professional contractors that today has grown to
over 700 member firms in 49 states and Canada, representing an annual
construction volume of over $26 billion dollars. Members gather
formally twice a year to practice "win-win sharing" of their
experiences, technical knowledge and buying power. Between meetings
networking continues among the members.
Buyers of construction
services find that selecting a Jack Miller Network member for their
project may be the best means of ensuring that they're choosing a
top quality contractor. They've discovered that they're really
getting the combined wisdom and experience of 700 of the industry's
elite firms, and from that knowledge base there is no problem that
can't be solved or challenge that can't be overcome.
